On The Mend

I dragged myself into work today, with the help of Kelly, who drove me. Her car is in the shop this week so I offered to let her use mine. It was fun having company on the usually-quiet trip.

I’m pretty sure I looked scary to my coworkers, who wisely kept their distance as I grossed them out with my hacking, coughing and sneezing. While I wasn’t the most fun to be around, I can’t really afford to take time off. Too much to do.

A good night’s sleep will do even more to bring me back. That’s where I’m heading now.

And for the record, I really did go to bed at 7:30 last night. I don’t think I’ve done that since I was four.

  1. I am doing this facinating study of olive leaf extract. Supossed to be antioxident, antifungal, and anti VIRUS believe it or not. There is a show called’ know the Cause’ that is sharing some pretty radical news about how many cancers are not cancers at all but fungus. When treated with antifungal medicine Olive leaf extract, or for very serious cancers Rx antifungals some patients believed to have leukimia and other varieties have been cured. All this to say, if you are coming down with a cold it would not hurt to give the olive leaf a try. I am taking it to flush all my fungus heh heh and experiencing some wild things. I am also on a no carb diet too. Just for a week or so to give this flushing a chance. Evidently those little critters actually feed on wheat, yeast etc. Just an idea. YOu may want to check out his web page. http://www.lakeshoreguardian.com and click on his health link. I am also using probiotics totally natural. It builds back your immune system after you have taken any antibiotics for any reason. I just found out you would have to eat sixty gallons of yogurt to get that much in your system. I hope you guys never see another cold darken your door for at least ten years. I have been pumping Judah and Audrey’s Juice cups with vitamin c, they have been having spiked drinks since the first chilled wind blew in september. They have been fairing really well this year. Love Tanya
